Mojave Desert wildflowers

“The California Native Plant Society is doing a wildflower trip this coming weekend in the Zzyxx area. It's not backpacking, but if anyone is nearby... I will be making it into an overnighter most likely. I have been on flower trips with these people before and it is great. Last trip we visited a newly-discovered desert shrub species.”
