Yay!
I've not been on here in aaagggees! Anyways, I finally got my trip set up for my hike on the AT. We're only doing 23 some odd miles but it will still be good times. I'm recovering from a bad knee injury, so I can't really do much.

Heres the basic plan:

March 21st: begin at Manassas Gap Shelter, hike 6.6 miles to Sky Meadows State Park, camp overnight

March 22nd: Hike 7 miles to Rod Hollow Shelter, camp overnight

March 23rd: hike 7 miles to Sam Moore Shelter, camp overnight

March 24th: hike 3.6 miles to Bluemont, pickup by parents.

I know its not a long or strenuous hike, but I'm a newbie with knee issues. So, I think its a good start.

Be careful with that knee. Don't want to spill gravy all over the trail. Stormbringer may slip in it.

I'm up in PW county, actually live in Manassasa. Do you know how to get to the shelter there? Or at least that general vicinity?
