It makes my skin crawl to see the phony ones decieving so many. Jesus said" Be ye not decieved, God is not mocked. Whatsoever you shall sew, that shall you also reap." I take that in this instance to mean God's gonn get 'em, the phonies and the thieves. They WILL have to give an account to Him when that day comes.
I don't think I am perfect or better than any one, I just try to please God by my actions, not man by my words.
By the way, this is eb13, I'm just in my office at work and I am under this log on name here.
I think when people strive to communicate instead of argue it will shock most of us how much we really have in common. People throw to many blanket statements about Christians like "there all hypocrites", "they think they are holier than thou", and my favorite "they are close minded".

“It does say that but it is my belief that "cast not thy pearls befroe swine" deals more with personal revelation and those who simply rebell against God Himself than to unbelievers or the lukewarm, not that it doesn't have anything at all to do with the former. I am not trying to convert anyone per say, but I am glad those who spoke words of truth to me didn't consider me swine all those years ago. Two guys that come to mind are Wayne Myatt and Pat Harper, they put up with the most hateful verbal assaults
from all the guys at the shop we worked at, and I was a part of it too. If they wouldn't have been there I don't know where I would be today, they were humble, kind, grounded young men of God and it made an impact on me. I am not getting on to you I just think we should "speak the truth in love" and if someone dosent agree then it dosen't mean quit, if at first you don't succeed, try and try again!

If you will look back that was a statement to nimblefoot, I never said that to you. Please do not twist what I say, I like debating but on an honest level.
Again, you mock God when you lower Him by not showing Him the reverance of capitalization when refeering to Him (and by mocking His represenatives). If you disagree with that then we have simply come to a theological difference of oppinion which is not a lie, I am not saying that you lied just because I think you have mocked Him and you say you haven't.
By the way, flailing, flogging or any other self inflicted pain for sin is making light of Jesus sacrafice on the cross (I do know you were joking). Some sects of believers of (not in) Christ believe that the act of whipping yourself is a Holy rite, big no way on that one!”
