“May 28th? loads of time! Just make sure that your birth certificate is not just a copy and has an official seal or it won't be accepted. If this is the case, you have to track down the hospital where you were born (Although I suspect you were hatched from an egg!) and request an official certificate with the seal. At least, that's what I had to go through...
