Hey, Ms. CMB, Have you ever tried taking glucosamin? I started in January and feel no pain in my fingers or knees anymore. The FDA hasn't proven that it works but I really feel better and have a hard time believing the placebo effect could be this great.”

“I've heard it works with about 50 % ofthe people who use it. I might try it. I took alleve and that seems to have made the stiffness and pain go away for now”
