I saw the snow.......and it was good

“I did a quick trip to Manzanita Lake in Lassen this morning...it was around 75/80 degrees, not a cloud in the sky and the snow was perfict!

It was soooooo good I had to gloat.


In fact it was sooooo good, I'm going to run up again tomorrow morning, beat the crowds and head to Hoodoo.

“I just got back from my trip to Hoodoo. I ended up going the long way..over to Little Hoodoo then up to the top.

For the first time ever, I actually bumped into someone up there...I was taking a picture when suddenly I hear, Hi Steve, right behind me. Scared me half to death. It was an old friend I havent seen in years, with his dog Bandit.

MCMB ...the temps today had to be near 80 up there, it was almost too hot! The snow started sucking about noon, I got out around 4:00.
