“There's a Harriman Park in Wisconsin. That I might have been able to make, but PA? NO.”

“i had botany before.. it wasn't the least bit interesting.”

“i used to be an environmental science/wildlife biology major.... switched to psychology. worst mistake of my life.”

“would you like to explore your feelings on this issue?”

“i'm already sick of psychology, whereas if i stuck with ES and WB i would be able to do field research and be outside all the time and be one with nature lol”

“why did you switch?”

“transferred schools and switched to PsychoBiology (which i would have been able to go into wildlife biology with it, just a different major name) and took a psych class.. thought i'd like it better. NOPE.”

“so switch again - i mean - what's all the work for if you hate it?

“switch again? i'm graduating in may.. i'm done my thesis (well, rough draft anyway)... i can probably still become a park ranger on the side part time if i wanted to because i have a ton of bio courses.

i am just sick of dealing with people's problems. i have enough problems on my own!”

hehe - you could be an animal psychologist - you could analyze captive animals in mental/emotion despair and create treatment :)”

“Why not combine wildlife biology and psychology? You could treat musk-oxen for seasonal affective disorder or experiment with Kropotkin's theory with schools of fish. I know... you could show your birds the inkblot test... Oh, they probably see that every day!
