“I just called Sierra Designs to get an RA for my Light Year tent, which popped a stitch on one of the fastclips last time I used it. The young lady who I talked to said that even though the website says to get an RA, it is not necessary, and that all you need to do is fill out the Customer Repair Request and send it in with your item.” 1:00:03 PM 3/23/04 “I hate to see threads with no responses.
