Can I use an Outback oven with a Simmerl ite?

“I have yet to see a Simmerlite stove in operation, but I hear that it does not simmer as well as the advertising says. My main criteria would be if I could bake with the Outback oven without a lot of babysitting the stove. Can it turn down that low, and be stable for baking periods?”
