If you do not allow Bush's tax cuts to sunset as advertised when they were first passed, then I think you and your buddies should be charged with treason for attempting to bankrupt the country. I really do.

Where were you twenty years ago? The 'trickle-down' garbage didn't work then, either (remember David Stockman?). All it amounted to was a disproportionate windfall for Some. The only difference I see between then and now is that most of you guys don't have the balls to call it 'trickle-down' anymore.

"Starve the Beast"? Yes, we KNOW about that manoeuvre. In programming we would call it a 'ploy' or more appropriately, an 'exploit'.

Lots of people said the Republicans would never allow the taxcuts to expire on schedule and that all your projections were crap....

And Guess What?


If you back this, then your credibility is in the toilet along with theirs. Can't tell you how disappointed I am.
