Have the car parked in front of a chinese resturant. Have a wicker basket straregically placed next to the fender and when the cat gets decapitaed the body slides off the car into the basket, then show the front door of the chinese resturant, The door cracks open and a the chinese cook pokes his head out looking both ways first and when the coast is clear he runs out and grabs the basket and runs back into the chinese resturant.....
