“Haha, We'll be at Windsor Furnace Shelter on the AT (you can find it on the map) it's right off Reservoir Road... if anyone knows how to get there from Hawk Mt's visitor's center that would be great... cause I can't see the road numbers too clearly on the printout of the map I have!!!!”

“Scorchy - I definately can't make Fri night, and while I won't know for sure about Sat/Sun until very late tomorrow, it's looking pretty good. Someone a million posts ago (Nashville I think) mentioned joining me at Port Clinton sat morning. IF I can go, I'll probably get there around 8:30, but don't wait for me in case I can't make it. I have a black VW Jetta.

“Yea, the person I talked to (although I can't remember his name for the life of me) said that they didn't think it would be a problem and just to talk to whoever's working there when we plan to leave for the trail. We'll see I guess!”

“I am a definite "probably" for Friday night. Wife is at hospital getting a damaged knee immobilized. I may need to stay home to take care of the chilluns.”

“Well hope to see you, if not we'll meet up on the trail one day considering we don't live very far at all and I work in your 'hood!”

“ScorchFire, what time are you planning on being at the campsite on Friday?”

“Not sure, Smitty. I think Maple's arriving at my house at approximately 7:30pm or so. Then we maybe be visiting Capn bobo who lives around the corner for me just for a few minutes and then heading over to WF Shelter (takes about an hour and a half from where we're coming from). We should be there NO LATER than 10PM. I'm kinda hoping earlier.”

“I am leaving for Reading tonight right after work. Hopefully I will leave around 430-500. Y2 if you need a ride, my office is right near the New Carrolton metro station. I can give you a ride, just meet me there around 5 if you can. Let me know if you can make it.

I may meet you guys up at the Shelter tonight to hang out. I'm going to crash at my Dad's in Leesport though. Otherwise I will see you guys tomorrow bright and early at Hawk Mtn. parking lot.”
