We were heading out to find signs of the yellow puma, then maybe pick up a peak or two in the process. Our plans adjusted as the trip progressed. After all we had the whole Cucamonga Wilderness to explore.

Trip report is with the pictures:

Very nice pics. That looked like a very fun dayhike. It is nice to be with a person experiencing new things. It is inspiring. I loved the boulder shot and the lonely tree shot, they were very interesting. Thank you for sharing another one of your adventures.

For some reason, the photos are not coming up. I'm seeing the journal entry for Chapman peak, but not the ones we did. I'll log-in to webshots tomorrow and see if their servers refresh.

Here are my photos..

Okay - Got a good look and, wow!!

You have a great set of photos and I especially appreciated the spiritual messages there.

Meaningful stuff there. That is what it's about. Nicely done.

There's something about wringing a man out like that.

WLD - Do you need a permit for day hikes on Icehouse? It has been so long since I hiked there I don't remember.

Yes you need a permit to ente into the Cucamonga Wilderness. I am not sure why, there is no quota.
