I Start My New Job Tommorrow

...And I Got The Willies
Can't wait for this first week to be over with and it hasn't even started yet. Those first few days, no matter where you start working, of trying to get up to speed are the worst.

I took a drive up to the area, but still don't know which site I'll be at because there's so many. Lots of HUGH chemical holding tanks beside the rivers/creeks in the area and most are going to be raised. Lots of impacted land having monitoring wells that'll need flushed, too. Oy vey!

ahh hell i got started on my new job two weeks ago and it has been a super smooth transition...but then again in the body shops it is like that when you work for the same painter you worked for at that other shop yonder...good luck im sure itll go well

Good luck. Hopefully you don't have the second day curse like I do...everytime I start a new job...the second day I'm always an hour late...always. The last time I set two alarms and both of them went off late! It's a curse I tell you, a curse!

My first two days on the job and I already spent them overnight away from home.

Turns out we have 2 sites...one just down the road from Oil Creek SP and another just on the other side of the Allegheny Nat'l Forest. This could be interesting :)
