Virgin Falls Dayhike TR

“Trekkngirl and I arrived at the trailhead right at 9am.. not another car in sight.. but hey.. it WAS pouring down rain.

Surely we are both crazy, because we hiked it anyway, and had a really good time. Thank god for rock houses, caves and under the waterfalls.

It finally cleared off a LITTLE after lunch, but the bulk of the trip was slushing down sloggy trails and listening to the rain water fall around us EVERYwhere.

It was a really kool time tho. I know most of you know the VF area, so I won't bore you with a play by play TR -- but really glad for Trekkngirl's company. It made for a really enjoyable day, rain or no rain.”

“At least ya'll didn't go on Tuesday. It probably snowed pretty good up there. I love hiking in the snow tho, so maybe you should have. I'm doin better, dk about hooters yet tho, maybe the 28th would be better.”
