I Think it will be a long while since I eat subway ever again...
Thursday around 2:30 in the am I got sick....It lasted all day long uncontrollable vomiting and the #&%!$s. If anyone even mentiond food or water it sent me running for the toilet. Mike new what it was so we I tried to ride it out at home but it was never ending and Mike thought I was prolly getting dehydrated since I couldnt even hold down a sip of water. 6pm that evening we finially did go to the clinic (I was still throwing up every 10 minutes or so...dry heaves mostly by this time or icky yellow bile..) It was just as mike thought it was- a viral infectection of the intestions caused by food poisoning. Not much they could do for it but give me a shot in the rump to calm the vomiting and diareaha and give me some pills for later. Anyway it has helped a lot and I am starting to drink stuff. I feel better but still iffy....*Sigh* and I wanted so much to go hiking this weekend!

Bummer, but sounds like you got through it okay.

I had food poisoning once, it was one of the most awful, surreal experiences of my life. I felt like I was in another dimension.

The simple solution to avoid it again was to stop eating entirely. I tried it for a while, but after a while I got hungry, so I ate.

Funny thing you should say this, Artex. I've heard that the mechanism involved with psilosybin mushrooms is a mild poisoning.

Interesting the Bucs picked a WR. I thought for sure they'd go for a RB.

always keep some flagyll in your back.the only life lessons i learned in nepal and india was that. it will help with giardia, and i've used it for food poisoning as well.
ginger will settle your innards afterwards.
