Have fun, Chili. I hear Bedford-Stuyvesant is a real nice place to get a hotel room.

How is it someone from New York is asking someone from Lower Alabama, if the Yankees or the Mets have a home stand next week?

Except you can get drunk and yell at a baseball game. They get a little pissed when you do that during Tiger's 18 foot putt attempt at the PGA.

Yes, still planning on Utica, but around here, things change almost daily. I wont be able to commit until much closer.

Hell, I missed the last two trips I planned b/c of work.

No! The bartender flips a coin for each drink you order, Call it right and it's free! Buying rounds can either cost what it's suppossed to or less!

OK.

I have no idea, I didn't go to bars when I went to college, I did all my drinking at home, lol...

Plus although there are three colleges/universities here, this isn't really a "college town".

Showing my age...
Every Thursday at the Pauper's Den in Rochester was Genny night when I was in college. 35 cents for a 16 oz. draft.

Flip night, that’s a new one for me. We had mug night ($2.50 for a mug of beer, $1 to refill and you kept the mug), Canadian night ($1 drafts and bottles of Canadian beer) and Pint night.

Well, Moses, smell the roses!

You go off for a few hours and there's 82+ posts with 92 suggestions for an itinerary! lol. Very entertaining!

Seriously, Chili. Geenwich Village is always a home away from home for me and a great place to take someone from out of town to. It's all there! Freaks, booze, food, good music and the lot. Hardly comparable to 'slice of life' middle America, 'culture shock' is served up as a fine sidedish! There are always the Bleecker Street bars. Inhabited for nearly thirty years by Treebeard, the offerings have hardly changed since then and the music and beer are obtainable at reasonable prices with no cover charges. Pathman and Mark-O can attest to the enjoyability of the "Back Fence". We will discuss your personal preferences Monday, Chili and I am sure we will have something to satisfy you...

Ahem....
For the Record, the Pink Pony is Owned and Operated for the sole enjoyment of the US Army Special Forces, and in particular ODA726!...(Operational Detachment 726 of the Seventh Group)....any trespass for reasons not directly benifiting ODA726 will be prosecuted to the full extent of our ability to dispose of the bodies.....

PS: Mapleleaf....I say let the Hooters trip commence, just tag along....the guys can't touch, Tree will be hot as hell after so YOU benifit, and you can laugh at Chili's unrequited arousal...LMAO...

Hell, I benefit ODA726 every time I am there. By consuming the massive quantities of beer that I do, I keep the price down by volume discount.
