Not your usual Horn Dogs
Seems like I read this was a party barge full of gay guys on another website.
I guess gay Horn Dogs are just like regular Horn Dogs. ;-)

They do float, but they float a lot better after a few days when their bodies have bloated a little.

It was gays and lesbians. Hey, they're entitled to be stupid too!

Was it stupid or pure genius? Maybe they were hoping to get rescued by a nekkid person, perhaps a little mouth to mouth?

Reminds me of a story.

My friend used to have a catamaran. He was sailing it off the nude beach at Sandy Hook, NJ and got in too close. When he tried to turn around and head back out to sea, a monster wave tipped him over sideways. The surf broke the cat to pieces.

LOL. Having been to Hippie Hollow in Austin back in the late 80's and early 90's several times, approaching both by water and land, I can say at least until 1992, it was for anyone that wanted to sunbathe and swim sans clothing. Clothed people were also allowed in the park. It was amazing the number of recreational boats that would approach with people fighting over the binoculars. Idiots....capsizing a barge to get a look at a naked person...
