Having been to Hippie Hollow in Austin back in the late 80's and early 90's several times, approaching both by water and land, I can say at least until 1992, it was for anyone that wanted to sunbathe and swim sans clothing. Clothed people were also allowed in the park. It was amazing the number of recreational boats that would approach with people fighting over the binoculars. Idiots....capsizing a barge to get a look at a naked person...”
