Hey I got an idea. Why don't the Democrats come up with some policy ideas instead of poking fun at Bush? Oh sure it is fun to poke Bush, but he will be laughing all he way back to the White House.

That's right kids! You want a brain like stratdewd? Well, here's what you do: listen to neil boortz from 9 to 12 AM, then limbaugh from 12 to 3, then hannity from 3 to 6, then glen beck from 6 to 9pm. That's it! No need to think for yourself, no need to read, no need to use all of your gray matter. It's fun, it's easy, and it don't cost nothin'! Available wherever narrow minds congregate!

Oh come on. You guys are looking for quotes that make McShrub look bad. Why not post some that show his true intellectual side? Like this:
"By the way, quoting a lot of their data, in other words, this is unaccounted for stockpiles that you thought he had because I don't think America can stand by and hope for the best from a madman, and I believe it is essential, I believe it is essential that when we see a threat, we deal with those threats before they become imminent. It's too late if they become imminent. It's too late in this new kind of war, and so that's why I made the decision I made."

Tea and sympathy for the Devil
“I have a message for the influence peddlers, for the polluters, the HMOs, the big drug companies, that get in the way, the big oil and the special interests who now call the White House their home. We’re coming, you’re going, and don’t let the door hit you on the way out.” “CNN Live,” 1/28/04

Between 1985 And 1990, Kerry Accepted Over $120,000 In Special Interest Honoraria. “Back when federal lawmakers legally could be paid for speaking to outside groups, John Kerry collected more than $120,000 in fees from interests as diverse as big oil, tobacco, the liquor lobby and unions, records show … In 1985, Kerry’s freshman year in the Senate, he supplemented his $75,000 salary with $19,480 in speaking fees. The next year the fees grew to $22,725.” (John Solomon, “Kerry Pocketed Speaking Fees,” The Associated Press, 2/9/04)

Kerry Accepted Thousands From Large Corporations Like Chevron, Paine Webber, J.P. Morgan, Goldman Sachs, Allied Signal And Textron For Speeches. “For instance, oil giant Chevron paid him $2,000 in 1986 for participating in a round-table discussion. Large financial companies, among them Paine Webber, J.P. Morgan and Goldman Sachs, also paid to hear Kerry speak, as did the Chicago Board of Trade and defense contractors such as Allied Signal and Textron.” (John Solomon, “Kerry Pocketed Speaking Fees,” The Associated Press, 2/9/04)

“Kerry Also Spoke For Pay To The National Restaurant Association ($1,000 In 1985), The National Association Of Independent Insurers ($1,000 In 1986), The American Bankers Association ($2,000 In 1986) And The National Association Of Manufacturers.” (John Solomon, “Kerry Pocketed Speaking Fees,” The Associated Press, 2/9/04)

Right, for FUND RAISERS. Both parties do this and I’m sure both sides do personal appearances too. Hell I ain't even saying Bush does do personal appearances. But then again, he wasn't the one acting like he was above special interest coercion.

Face it newbie, OJ was more credible than this turd. LOL!

yer very right. He can't afford any more creditiblty hits. If he took that position, he'd git burried cause he's knee deep in it. They both are. At least they're smart enough (wow! what a strech) not to go there. There's not enough shovel in the world that could dig his ass outta that one.

"Why of course the people don't want war. Why should some poor slob on a farm want to risk his life in a war when the best he can get out of it is to come back to his farm in one piece? Naturally the common people don't want war neither in Russia, nor in England, nor for that matter in Germany. That is understood. But, after all, it is the leaders of the country who determine the policy and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the peacemakers for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same in any country."

Yes, we were attacked, and we are dealing with those that we can verify attacked us (and not to well at the moment because Doofy had to charge into an uneccesary war). Bush has run amuck with his power, misused it, run our nation into a large financial hole, and pretty much put us on the wrong track on every other issue.
