“Just thought I would let everyone know that the NYS troopers are doing a statewide patrol this weekend starting today. They’ll be on the lookout for speeders, drunk drivers, seat belts, and cell phone users. So, watch your speed, wear your seat belt, and if you need to use your cell phone pull over to the side of the road or use a hands free set.”

I don't know how many times per day I see someone talking on their phone who has apparently forgotten that they're driving in traffic... They're weaving over the line. They're going 15 mph under the speed limit. They're turning right from the left lane, AGAIN....
