Its worth too much money to just give it away! I've got three magazines outbidding each other right now.

Ha, that makes me think of those newstand papers that attach celebrity heads to trashed bodies and claim, "Britney Spears ages before her time" type headlines! lol

Cool! Can't wait to see it! We'll have to see how we hook up.

Did the Poto yesterday, two loops, 26 miles, along with a workmate (some gforce-inspired insanity). Saw a bp'er/adventure racer jogging named Morgan the trail, he had things around his ankles I thought were weights, but for some reason he was wearing gaiters. He said he was going to LSPP to adventure race the Coastal Trail, 38 miles in one day. I told him about this site so maybe he'll look in.

Very cool. When you go out to Poto, give me a buzz. I would join you if all works out.

OK, what's LSPP?

Oh, great idea Sass.

BTW - Blisster - how old is this Morgan guy? Is he single? You're supposed to get the stats man! ;-)

I think I am open on Saturday. Morgan is young, cute, handsome, and strong. I didn't want to go too far down this road with you, out of not wanting to offend Rob. Btw, thank him for me on the fishing tube. And oh yes, fishing lessons, sure anytime, but you'd be taking them from someone who has yet to catch his first fish!

Young would be the issue. But prospective race teammate??? No need to go down any road. ;-) I will definitely thank him for you.

What fishing set up did you say you have?

Hope you make it on Saturday!! I'll bring the tube.

nothing special, but I bought a Eagle Claw 6' pole in 4 sections with tube case. Then I got a Quantum Xtralite reel.

LSPP=Lake Superior Provincial Park, awesome big park in Ontario about 100 miles north of the Soo.

That's where you guys went last fall, right? He must be doing a Raid of the North race. Next year that will be me.

Thanks for the info. It's probably the last thing I need to look into at this point but I would like to fish out west.

I am working so I am only checking this every so often.

We went to Killarney last year, not LSPP. Killarney would be an awesome adventure challenge for you, but maybe too much for even you. It is 60-65 miles of mountainous terrain with overall 8-10,000 feet of up and down. I tried three times to backpack it in 4 days before succeeding, but some bionic dude has reportedly done the whole trail in 14 hours! We can talk about it out west. Also, I am going to suggest a Pukaskwa NP in Ontario trip next summer on the north shore of Lake Superior to the group.

As far as fishing out west, I was thinking like you, but E-dude informed me last week that he's only fishing in WRR. Yellowstone is catch & release only so he is not bringing his rod there, so I wasn't either. If I can't catch dinner, what good is fishing? If you want to carry mine, you are welcome to it.

Nah, if that's the case I'll go poleless. Thanks for the Canada info.
