It happens in front of my apartment, where the people smoke outside. Actually they're on the street. But do I like to see my vehicle awash in cigarette butts??? NO. And the guy who runs our county's court system. He stands outside smoking. And the butts are always thrown on the ground. How ugly!!!

“It's not whining at all. Second hand smoke is proven to cause health problems in non smokers from asthma to cancer. People that are constantly exposed to second hand smoke like bartenders or club workers are particularly at risk.”
