There was a program on South Carolina public TV a while back where they went all over the South to all those little backroad places, comparing how the barbeque differed from region to region.

Verry interesting.

BBQ
I have had BBq from ewverywhere and the Pork shoulders and Beef Briscit that I made on Memorial Day was the best I ever made. I am still b=getting compliments from it. I buit my own pit in my backyard out of left over brick from my house construction and some firebricks. It is about 3 feet tall by 3 feet deep by 4 feet long. I cooked 3 shoulders and a prime beef briscut. Put it on before the storms hit on Sunday night and it was ready by noon on Monday, Yummy! I blew the heck out of my diet tho!
