Here is how you do it from a dummies point of view.....


1) click on your picture to make it big.
2) put the little arrow thingy on the pix and click the right button on your mouse.
3) at the bottom of the window it sez "properties" click on that
4) in the middle of the next window you will see where it sez "address (URL) to the right willbe the addy.... looks similar to this below.....

5) click and drag on the URL to highlight it

6) once highlighted right click mouse and to open copy paste windo....
Click on copy

7) ok now you have the URL copied and saved....

8) goto a empty message screen on TT....and type this

then add this "width="400"> to the end....


Your final version will look like this
