it's gonna be kind of like a really big bird cage off butting against back of the house, next to a window as the entry/exit.

should i shingle the roof of it ?”

“actually i was thinking of maybe even putting in a little kitty house inside of it with "cat house"
written above the door.

all my cats are guys ya know.”

“My great grandmother had a cat house. It even had a little red heat lamp in it for the winter time.”

i like the red light idea, it'll really add to the cat house.

“I put a small pet door on my garage door.
'Training' the cat to use it was a pain. My poor cat was dumb as a rock. I had to take the door flap off to get her to use it.”

“hey, maybe i could get a couple of different little dollhouses or something and they could compete for my cats attention.

too bad you can't just leave out a couple days food and take off for a weekend with kids.

or lock them up in a crate like a dog for a few hours when their bad

“my cats used to be content with bags, boxes, and the occasional lazer pointer.
then mrs. sacco had to get a leash and take them outside. now they wanna go outside all the time. can't blame them much.

so that's why i'm building the big cathouse thingy.”
