Safer on the trail

“All I can tell you that it's two weeks into this...I still have a very tender neck and r shoulder..and I am still waiting to see what is going on...but my lawyer only get's one-third of my settlesment what ever that may be in the end.

I tend to think that you do get more when you have a lawyer because alot of times the regular lay man does not know the ins and outs of what they can or what they are intitled too. Since 3 of the 4 cars had the same insurance co. I felt that I made a good move. I still can't hike and I lost almost 2 weeks of work. Even now I can only work 3 to 4 hrs before having to take something for pain... Some times I get frustrated because things are not moving faster. Waiting it out is the hardest part.”
