I think I'm usually the sleepiest cause I stay up so late. This morning however, I went to the gym early and am very energized!!!”

“embear, which gym do you to. I am at The Club over in Green Hills. they just now started opening at 5:30AM. I use to go then but I go after work now. I try to go bike riding in the mornings when it is cooler or should I say not as hot.”

Then again, with single men around and if you are single, why not try and look your best, but if you tend to wear a lot of makeup, you will look silly at the gym.”

The ones with makeup on at the gym aren't there to workout their there to be seen. There was a lady the other day who was doing some leg lifts. She did her rep of 10 then came back 20 minutes later to do 10 more. Then she patted her face with a towel. I about died laughing because I know she couldn't have even broken a sweat.”
