It's called Everglades but it's not sold up north. You could use Tony Cacheries or I think Emeril has something similar.

Here's the recipe:

Start cooking pasta

in a separate nonstick pan add:

1 TBS olive oil
1 tsp seasoning

and these to your taste
white pepper, red pepper, garlic powder (alot) onion powder.

place in pan and heat until the mixture is bubbly

add 1/2 to 3/4 (or more or less) cup of HEAVY whipping cream simmer (do not boil)

add 1/4 cup (or more or less) of grated romano (it comes already grated or grate your own)

simmer until cheese is incorporated (2 or so minutes)

pour over noodles

That's it!

Land O Lakes non fat half and half can be substituted but it will be a little runnier.

This dish does not reheat well.

Enjoy!

All in all this recipe takes as long as the noodles take to cook!

I'm with Tango on the yuckola comment.

Blue Cheese should be designated as a hazordous material.

Gremlin was on the right track. Cooking is like making love, done properly you can get them to eat anything!
