Amazing Trip!

“Hey bit!
Did you ever do a trip report of your cub scout campout?”

“That is amazing.”

“lol, no...not much of a trip to report on. He stepped into some muck at the edge of the lake, and his legs started to break out, so I had to take him home.”

“thats pretty cool!”

“oh, i mean that story, not the breaking out legs.

is the kid allergic to muck?”

“To bad about the scout trip.

I wonder just what the canoe guy's route is?”

“He's allergic to a lot of things. They may have also been some sort of bug bites. He was extremely uncomfortable and couldn't stop scratching. I gave him a benadryl, and by the time we got home, he said it didn't itch anymore, but two days later he broke out again. Poor kid. I did tell him to stay away from the edge of the lake...”

Bummer about your sons trip though.”

“I break out similarly if I mow the grass, and a lot of it gets on my legs. I'm thinking that the muck was basically a concentrated paste of grass, poison ivy, bug guts, goose poop, etc., etc. I left to get water and came to find his legs covered in said muck nearly up to his knees. His shoes were full of it. I took him to the bathhouse and rinsed off his legs, but less than an hour later he was scratching like crazy.”
