Grand Teton routefinding help

“Does anyone have any info regarding a possible route westward from Lower Saddle to the Teton Crest Trail, perhaps descending into the Dartmouth Cirque via Dartmouth Couloir on the West face of the Grand then proceeding west to gain the Teton Crest Trail?

I'll be attempting an ascent of the Grand via Upper Exum, then descend to Lower Saddle and hoping to proceed west (either directly or indirectly) to the Teton Crest Trail. Is this pure folly?
