“Geobeet, They did build a windfarm in Wayne county on the mountains above the Upper Lackawanna Valley. The original plan was for 60 megawatts of power from 47 turbines. I'm not sure there's that many built at the present time. They are going ahead with the plans to build another wind farm in Luzerne county on Bald Mountain. From some locals I spoke to while hiking up there the plan is to start in the Spring of 2005. They have had testers built there for quite some time now to measure wind velocity.

Capn Bobo, Thanks for the good wishes. Unfortunately, I still have this infection or whatever it is that's causing a fever that doesn't want to let up. At least the pains and headaches seem to have eased up. I'm hoping the fever breaks by Monday if not time to go to the doctor.
