I am tired of winters here. I have 4 good friends down there. I went to college in LA and it's my second home. I needed a change and wanted to be with my girlfriends. The social scene in Seattle is really difficult. People are cliquish and it's hard to meet new people (friends and dates.)

And heck I won't have any trouble finding backpacking buddies, thanks to TT.”

“Duly noted! If I hear anything I will pass it along. As was asked before, are you a CPA? Are you affiliated with the aerospace industry? If so, Boeing is big in LA since they bought up Rockwell, Hughes, McDonnell-Douglas, to name a few. Lots of aerospace just south of Santa Monica.”

“I am more into analysis and project managment. For instance a Controller position might be over my head. But AR or AP Manager or something the like is where my experience lies.

No aerospace experience, although I grew up in Everett, a huge Boeing town and many of my friends are Engineers there. I've applied a bit at Ratheon and Grumman in Torrance, but no responses from them.
