I am leaving for the trip this afternoon after a job I have this morning. My UP plans might have changed, and I haven't decided yet whether we will head to the UP after the weekend and then on to Minnesota or whether we'll go home after the weekend, regroup, and then head to Minnesota.

So if we go to the UP, I will definitely give you a call. If you don't hear from me, I headed south instead of north.

“I wore socks yesterday for the first time without bandages. Wahoo!!! They are doing much better now, really starting to itch so that's good I suppose. Tomorrow I will attempt shoes with backs on them.

I have been looking at my calendar trying to make the MRT trip work this month. I just don't think it will. My two free weekends are going to be filled with work and preparing for a trial I am going to have to take part in. I think I mentioned it on our trip. I am going to go to the Midwest Winter Camping Symposium in Eau Claire since my boys will get to see grandpa and grandma there. :) They will love that.

How are you doing? I hope you still go to MRT. There seems to be a lot of people going on that weekend of the 16th. But it would be fun for us to plan a trip up there another time like we had talked about.”

Dang it, I really, really want to go to the MRT on that trip. But I just can't go that weekend. However, perhaps I could go the weekend of the 23rd. Anyone interested? As the date approaches, I might post it on the trips page.”
