Mateable liners
...and what about cotton bag liners which zip together? Does anyone know where to find those? All i've found are non-cotton, or non zip, or ones which only open to about 1/3 of the way down....

you could cut two liners open on the sides and VELCRO them together.

:~)

that's interesting hobbit... of course you'd have to want to own one of their flying wide bags.

Another option is at:

Well...
I've found that placing the thermarest INSIDE the sleeping bag works for me......Since the footprint solves the condensation problem...AND once you do that the bags zipper mostly stays straight at night, makes getting into and out of the bag easier....For ME, anyway....

I have 4 straps with velcro at the end. You tie each one to a bedpost. Properly restrained, my mate doesn't roll off nothing.

yeah, roamaround, velcro would work on those liners! Only i hate it when the velcro at the top of my bag sticks to my silk longjohn top!! :~<

IMHO, taking two perfectly good 20 degree bags and mating them turns the whole mess into one #&%!$ty 40 degree bag.

why not just use 1 thermarest and have one of you sleep on top LOL ??

In fact Squash is a recognized sport, just like backpacking.
It can be a bit of a racket, but does involve courting.

Thinkbubelz & I use the Thermarest straps to keep the pads together. Works pretty well!

Throw them in a cage and let 'em mate. You'll have a litter of little ScorchBat-bags running around in no time! :)
