I truly am Rainier's ^%$#*
I live to hike below her snowy flanks :-D Woo-hoo!!

This is me at the point between Seattle and Spray Parks-about 2 months ago with my buddy Hikingdrew, when we did the 17 mile loop around Mother Mt..never did see Rainier once!

This is the view of Ohanapecosh as you come down the Cowlitz Divide into Indian Bar on the Wonderland..sigh!

Lol!
This weekend I came within a second of losing my camera (or should I say my boytoy's $500 camera ;-)
Ford saw bear prints in the mud acround the the tiny remmant of a creek I was filtering water out of..so I got up to come get a photo...stepped on the mud in my wanker camp sandals...boom, I went down...and all I could think was " Oh ^%$#! Protect the camera!" I fell on my right hip and arm bad, covered in mud fropm head to toe...and the camera was fine..held up high in my right hand.
Limped back up and said to myself...who needs a shot of those ^%$#@#%&* prints ;-)
The other highlight of this past weekend was when Rainy and me realized that here we were hiking with 2 guys-that both had Mtsmith Specter packs on (ie..pack donkey packs) and we had tiny wanker packs on....and realized that everyone assumed the guys were hauling our junk for us ;-) When in reality we have boyfriends that don't have issues that we hike with other guys :-)Too bad though...I wanna pack donkey! ;-)

I have an entire album just for my WOnderland Trip last summer....I saw so much that just stuck with me :-)

I will be hiking to Skyscraper Mountain this coming weekend if the weather stays as nice as it is right now. Looks easy enough.

Here is the objective:
