“Anyone know what I need to have to open one of these downloads?”

“it's basically a statistics chart. The source I'm going to has stopped delivering the information in CSV and pdf format and is now offering XML only. And I can't seem to get it to open.”

“OK, I see the error you got. It looks to me like the problem is on the supplier's end. Either the .xsl style sheet doesn't exist, or they have restricted the access to it. Until they make the style sheet accessible, you won't be able to view it. Do you have a contact at www.theimo.com?”

“Actually, that web page was about XSL style sheets in general. After viewing your error, I posted what the real problem is above.”
