Innovator! that sounded like me, i guess. it included "Extroverted," though, and most recently when i took the Myers-Briggs i was INFP (although i have gotten ENFP too). either i'm not a good judge of myself in that area, or i'm right on the line! fascinating, i know.

Section 1: Results
Your answers suggest you are Spontaneous, not a Planner.
You are flexible and take life as it comes.

Section 2: Results
Your answers suggest you are an Ideas, not a Facts person.
You focus on the big picture rather than on details.

Section 3: Results
Your answers suggest you are a Head, not a Heart person.
When making a decision, you tend to weigh the possible consequences in a logical, detached way.

Section 4: Results
Your answers suggest you are an Extrovert, not an Introvert.
You tend to focus on and get your motivation from the world around you.

Results
Your answers suggest you are a Nurturer

Summary of Nurturers
Care for the important people in their lives

Strive for harmony and avoid confrontation

Think of themselves as gentle, conscientious, and mature

May have trouble making decisions that could hurt others

More about Nurturers
Nurturers are quiet people who believe in order and diligently look after the people they care about. They focus on the needs of others and establish routines to help them meet their commitments.

Nurturers are the most likely group to say they prefer a job where the same thing happens every day, according to a UK survey.

Nurturers remember details that are important to them, such as their friends' birthdays and anniversaries. People with this personality type value others' feelings and may challenge behaviour they think is insensitive.

In situations where they can't use their talents or are unappreciated, Nurturers may feel bitter and seek support by complaining to their colleagues.

Under extreme stress, Nurturers may become preoccupied with the worst possible outcome and believe that they are heading for disaster.

Because they are so caring and loyal, Nurturers run the risk of being taken advantage of.

Nurturer Careers
Nurturers are often drawn to jobs that allow them to help others.

~~It's pretty much right on!~~

speaking of Myer-Briggs
In the MBA orientation class I just took we had an abbreviated version of the test given to us. I turned out to be an ISTP

Introverted
thinking with Sensing

but I'm not sure if all the description really is me. I'm supposed to only exert myself when necessary, wanting not to waste energy. I think I waste a lot of energy doing mindless stuff (like reconfiguring an outdated hard drive)

Loyal workers who follow through on commitments

They don't feel comfortable with radical change

The introvert/extrovert thing in psychology has mostly to do with how you process information - silent and internally, or do you have to talk about it to get it straight in your mind. Most people are extroverts by this definition.

I've taken the Myers-Brigs 2-3 times. One time during graduate school, I said to my supervisor who was seated across the table taking the same survey, "Oh, I know what they are looking for here (meaning the question.)" Supervisor said, "roh-row."
