Instead of the solid color for the paw print, how about an inner shadow, as if it were a print in the snow?

Haha! No the only changes I see is if I convert to Judaism in which case I’d have to have the tats removed.

Being a Millitant Zionist B'nai Noach is about all I need.

Treebait, MarkO...I had an instructor in the 1980's who had one on his arm. He was Hungarian. Want to guess whose side he was on in 1945?

Does anyone here have a ring tattoo on their finger? I was thinking Sass & Birch maybe had them? I don't want THAT kind of ring tattoo, but was thinking about one on my pinkie. I've heard they fade a lot though, since you wash & use your hands so much...

LOL..get your blood type on the inside of your bicep two inches or so above the elbow....
XL400236

Why didn't I think of that, Maple!! LOL. Well really I don't care if it fades a little, as long as it still looks like what it is, and not some weird smear or something. What I really want is one of those snakes eating its tail, with the head & tail meeting on the top of my finger. That could be too small though, I don't know.

Wellllll that's one idea, XL! May I ask why? So as to be more easily idenitified by the vampires?
lyra

LOL...old Joke, special ops people used to get that for Blood Type Id. (US it was the Arm pit, the German Army specificaly the SS got the blood mark right above the elbow).

I had a fireman who wanted to try the tatt thing on his wrist (right before we outlawed them in visible locations) so he got some indelible ink and put it on. Kinda a test....he cleaned it off a week later.

So why do you want to get this ring tat?

XL, I do believe you have as many stories as there are grains of sand on a beach ;-)

Well, to tie a string around your pinkie means to remember something. And this is the symbol, which I've always liked.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ouroboros

Eww, and it says on that page that Scully from the X-Files had a tattoo of that...LOL!! But I've never seen a ring one before, that would be extremely original. Also I could cover it up with a real ring, if I ever felt like it.

If you're hetero, don't get a ring tattooed on your left pinkie.

I used to wear a very pretty ring on my left pinkie, but I kept getting hit on by lesboes at school. Then one actually told me about the left pinkie thing.

Aaaaha, that's funny! I never heard that one before. Well I was definitely thinking of the right hand, but not exactly sure which finger yet...

My son is considering leaving Whole Foods as their store beer specialist to become a tattoo artist. I joked that if he did, I would get one of Calvin and Hobbes going for a tabogon run. He copied that pic from a book when he was six.

It will fade Lyra. It will also blur. The skin on your hands and feet regenerates faster than other parts of your body. If you really want it go for it. It sounds cool to me, but you may need to get it reworked every 5 years or so to keep it sharp, and not smeary.

Thanks, meangreen! Every 5 years doesn't sound bad.

I really hate needles, and pain, but for some reason the idea of a tattoo doesn't bother me at all. This would be my first one! I figured I'd start out small (okay tiny).

Yeah I told my friend the other day I didn't want one of those, and she didn't know what it was. I explained (well I called it a bullseye) and she said I should get one of an actual bullseye right there. LOL! That would be a giant "F-you!" Actually I think they're cute right there, but I'd never get one. If not for dumb boys and their retarded ideas, that would make a prime spot for one.
