“If you know me you know my k9 partner Pumba and he has been diagnosed with cancer and is not doing well. I have never hiked without him and watching him go from a magnificent 105lb German Shepherd to this skinny sick dog has crushed me. Another vet appointment Tuesday but I fear the end is near. 45 years old and I can’t stop sobbing like a baby. I know I haven’t posted a lot lately but we have been dealing with this since the return from Ithaca. Please keep Pumba in your thoughts. Thanks all.”
