The day after Kush's talk, Book TV followed groups of ACS volunteers from Florida and Maine as they met with their respective members of Congress to discuss issues including tobacco regulation and the "Patient Navigator" bill (the bill, currently pending in Congress, provides funding for low income/underserved communities to help those in need get medical care). The volunteers met with Rep. Ileana Ros-Lehtinen (R-FL) and Rep. Michael Michaud (D-ME).”
