OUCH He said, "Well, if it isn't hard to do, is it worth doing?" I guess he is right. Then he proceeded to kick (my) butt with a good workout. I can feel it even now. I THINK (but don't really know for sure) that it coverts straight into fat, but I also think that one cheat day is okay. I have one cheat day, but I don't go overboard on that day. I eat what I like (and lucky me...I love sushi, that's not TOO bad for you) I hope someone can answer that question for you. For Mexican it isn't too bad since it doesn't also have sauce and cheese all over it and it's grilled. I had 3 slices of pizza. Pepperoni is sorta bad tho. UNLESS...you did't count those little tastes there, and there...and another bite there...you know...those damn snacks you can't remember lf you ate them or not. your nutrionist is now signing off. I fiannly feel like I am getting back to my old form and speed as well as endurance. I can't do them, but I can look forward to that later. "Spiderman" pushups: Place feet on wall about 2' up from the floor and hands on floor. Do push up and then walk hands across the floor and feet across the wall for about two steps and then do another push up. Sounds like you've worked out quite a bit already this week. BUT! Friday is the best day to go to the gym, cause everyone else is taking a rest day and you get on the equipment you want. Segue to my trip to the gym last night. Considering this 24 Hr location is central to most people living downtown and neighboring suburbs of downtown Seattle, the place is a mess! The scale in the ladies locker room was off by 9 pounds! (heavy!) The layout of the weight room is not practical for the ladies or beginners. There is only one set of lighter hand weights, like 7.5, 12 pounders. Two sets of the 5, 10, 15 pounders. The lighter weights are at the end of all the weight racks lined up against the wall and there are NO flat benches near them. I do Body For Life which has 5 sets of reps, in which the weight is increased for each rep. So I am walking back and forth, back and forth, waiting for the 12 to be available, walking back, dodging the big guys and their 45 pound hand weights. It's a cluster-@#$%. You would think that since this location is so integrally located and very busy that they would be as organized as the burb locations. No. So I let them know (nicely of course) that the layout was really inadequate. I actually went home to finish my workout.” 12:32:42 PM 5/06/05 Foot update “My podiatrist says my foot is really healing fast now. When he pokes his thumb into my arch it no longer hurts. The strength in my lower leg has really improved from the exercises. I will definitely be backpacking in July, maybe earlier! Woo HOO!” 12:34:47 PM 5/06/05 “I feel better than i have in years. I'm finally getting back to normal since by back surgery last fall. Did 2.5 miles on the treadmill last night and an hour upper body.
