The guys who run my gym wear those old timey bathing suit looking gym outfits. There is no pool or juice bar. .... I'm telling you Gemini. People have been spoiled by get-fit-fast scams. I sweat for gods sake...I am not sick!! you know what it is...they are selling exersise equipment and telling you that it is now up to 70% or so easier then before. how many times did you hear an infomerical where they explain that exercise don't need to be difficult? how many magazines did you read where it states that you can get skinny with only 10 minutes of exercise per day? that's what is the problem...people don't know better, or they want to believe...because well...they have a glimp of hope that losing weight or staying fit can be easy. If you tell them the trues...trust me...they will not believe you, because...well the magazine "said" it can be done! tsk...what can i say? nothin' LOL...edited because you said all this one one sentence at the bottom "get-fit-fast scam". that's it!!!
