FS: silnylon

“I ordered silnylon from Noah Lamport to make a shelter, and I have LOTS of leftovers. Not sure *what* I was thinking...! As of right now, I have approximately 7 yds of "silver gray" and at *least* 5 yds of "forest green" (pictures of the colors are available upon request). I'm willing to cut it, and I'll sell you as much or as little as you need. Price is $2.75 per yard plus shipping. This is technically 2nd quality, but I've examined all the fabric, and there is no extra silicon or thread lines.

“All the stuff I received from Noah Lamport has been 60 inches wide... standard roll size and I've not been able to tell it from first quality stuff.”

“Wow, sorry... I wasn't expecting any replies so soon! My e-mail address is tabbycat1264@yahoo.com; the gray is 66" wide, and the green is 64"; it weighs almost exactly 1.3 oz per sq. yd. (my scale isn't too precise, so it may be a little more or less).

At noahlamport.com, there's link to buy online. They charge the same amount per yard as I am, but they also have a 10 yd minimum per color and charge a $10 cutting fee. The end result is that it can cost as much as $3.75/yd. They have lots of colors available, though!”
