It is a big pet peeve of mine when people call chimpanzees monkeys. Ack!
I recently saw an episode of Monk where through the entire show they called the poor chimpanzee a monkey. Drove me nuts. Wonder if it had something to do with "Monk"/"monkey" Hmm.”
