“Here in WA, there were two guys that are definitely future serial killers, and you know we grow them here in WA. Besides their current crime they have sexual crimes and robbery on their list.

These two idiots did a bad thing to a dog, I won't say what it was, but they each got 8 months in jail, but was does the judge do, he makes the serve time working in an animal shelter. The workers there don't want them in the place. They say they can't keep an eye on them, and they can't be trusted around animals. How stupid was this judge to order this as part of their sentence?
