Trees!
The National Arbor Day Foundation is currently running a special offer for new membership. For a mear 10 bones, you can join a pretty neat NGO. In return for your money, they will ship you ten trees for you to plant. Now, I know not all of us has that kind of space for ten tress, but maybe you can use a couple, then donote the rest to a group or something. You can pick either ten flowering trees or ten "regular" trees.

Hey, they do that all the time. The thing to remember is that you get ten teeny tiny baby trees. Plant them all in your yard and when they're toddler trees choose which ones to keep and which ones to transplant or give to neighbors, your favorite park, etc. National Arbor Day foundation is cool.

It's a pretty good organization. Be aware these "trees" are what is known in the industry as whips. 12-18" tall, one-year old sprouts.
