“Well, Red Rocks is ~1/2 hr away, Zion is 1 1/2 hrs away, Death Valley 2 hrs away. Any of those are good possibilities depending what people wanna do.”

“My friend just came back from vegas with her cousin a few weeks ago... :-)
She stayed at the Circus Circus Hotel (cheap!) and told me that for the few days they were there, they "tried" to keep from waking up with cottonmouth each day... (LOL!) I guess they still give away free drinks in the casino!

Also, she said that a lot of casinos have gone to a voucher system--no more clanging of the machines when you win!
