So I finished my Christmas shopping this afternoon and decided it was time to get a little something special for myself. I'm sorry that my picture does not do these shoes justice. I am so lucky to have a humongous DSW close to my home.

“Yep, we've got snow this morning. It's beautiful light fluffy powder. Piece of cake to sweep it off the steps. This is perfect skiing snow. It looks like in my neighborhood we got about 4 inches or so. Don't know what Chicago got, probably less. But I think I'll wear boots as I "hike" downtown and change into my new shoes when I get to the office.”

“I wore my new Ariat winter insulated riding boots in to work today. It's probably the last time though, since they're for the barn and riding. Nor really fashionaOoooh, they feel nice on my tootsies though.”
