“I went to DSW last night and picked up a pair of shoes. I know, I know, I know. They aren't exactly the most practical, but I couldn't resist them. And they were even on sale. I thought the zippers were kind of novel. ;D

These are the next ones I have my eye on. But I won't pay $90 for them as I've seen them on other sites. This site, when I called, told me they were sold out. I think they are from last season so it might be hard for me to find. These are made by Steve Madden (One of my favorites). The style is called "Bling." At least these are tweed instead of boucle.

Now, if I could just find those purple tweed Steve Madden Blings that I posted earlier, I would be ecstatic.

“I have a pair of those. Asolos are my favorites but I always have to add support. Their insoles have no arch, or at least not enough to do the trick for my tootsies. Superfeet + Asolos are my favorite hiking footwear.”

Sorry to hear about your feet!
I took a breather from heels last month because of my pulled hamstring...

Of course, now that I'm nearly 100%, yesterday, I tripped on a broken man-hole cover while walking to class and nearly sprained my ankle, knee and wrist! Luckily, I'm just sore today, nothing was mangled too badly! (The stupid cover was apparently made of plastic and someone had broken it on 1 corner-- we had walked over that spot all winter with no trouble (it wasn't broken!), and, of course, on a nice spring day-- no wind, no rain, etc. I had to be the one to walk onto it!
