Also, Ana Lucia, she could have A) really survived on her own, and somehow found and fell in with the "others" or more likely B) those people aren't the "others" they are actually the other survivors of the flight and they're assuming that Sawyer, Jin, and Michael are the "others"

Also WTF was wrong with Sawyer, he had more than enough time to pull out the gun on the beach, he dropped the ball big time.

Also interested to find out what happened with Jacks wife, we know that the operation only happened three years ago. So in that time, they dated, got engaged, got married, and then what? She died? they divorced? All in a very short period of time.
